During the months that we were unable to utilize our facilities due to COVID, the Facilities Team was evaluating the needs of the Parish Hall and Kitchen. The sewer line that would sometimes back up into the kitchen was cameraed and scoped to determine what needed to be repaired. It was found that the line was completely broken about 2/3 of the length of the hall. Facilities sought out options for repair and replacement of the line. In consultation with Fr. Mike and the Finance Council the project was placed as top priority for the 2022 Capital Budget. The scope of work will begin to run a trenchless line through the existing line to replace the damaged pipe. The cost of this project is $37,600. The funds will be used from the Building and Renovation account (Repurposed PACE funds). This repair enables us to move forward in opening the Parish Hall.
